Although the Governor has requested a paid family leave program for Pennsylvania, as of January 1st 2021, Pennsylvania unlike its neighboring state does not have a mandated paid family leave or short term disability program for Pennsylvania employees. For Employers who want to provide Short Term Disability and Paid Family Leave for their employees, Two River Benefits has a program LeaveAssure which provides both benefits.

LeaveAssure™, provides partial income replacement for employees who are unable to work due to their own illness or injury, or who need a leave of absence to care for a close family member. Employers can choose from a combined plan, which offers both STD and PFL benefits, or they can select either benefit individually.
